Anger Management
This evidence-based anger-management group/class focuses on developing healthy conflict skills, emotional regulation, and safe interpersonal behavior, and is designed to meet CPS and DV/IPV case mandates. The class meets 1x a week for a total of 4 sessions. Each session is 2hrs in length. Call to register for the next class.
