Envision Behavioral Health will start to run groups on DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)We will review the 4 modules of DBT such Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills and Distress Tolerance. The group will be 2X a week for 60 minutes.
