Anger Management
This type of psychotherapy aims to help people who easily get angry to determine probable situations that upset them. In group therapy, a mental health professional leads a group of up to 10 clients, meeting every week for one hour. This is an open group, meaning you can join at anytime. We welcome client participation and follow HIPPA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of group discussions.

Adult Cancer Support Group
Cancer Support Groups. Start date 4/16/2024. The adult group will be open to those who are undergoing current treatment for, or have in the past, any type of cancer diagnosis, as well as families, caregivers, ect who are affected in any way from this disease(minor group is for latter only). Our goal is to assist through the shock ,trauma, grief, anger, fear, and other emotions that occur through the treatment and progress of a cancer dx. Confidentiality is expected. 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at our location.
