Anger Management

Some anger management participants are mandated to take classes as a condition of probation, part of a plea bargain, or by their employer. Their freedom and/or livelihood depend on completing a certain number of anger management classes, or a recognized anger management educational program. Other anger management participants want a more therapeutic/mental health approach to anger management. Regardless of their initial motivation to starting this group, each participant leaves with highly efficient tools that helps them have better control of their lives and emotions. At the end of this course you will receive a certificate of completion.
