Anger Management Group
The group consisting of men & women will help participants reduces levels of anger especially in provocative situations. Participants will learn effective skills, concepts & techniques to stop escalation and to resolve conflicts. This group has (12) Modules include effective anger management skills, calming techniques, expressing negative emotion skills, stress and anxiety management, conflict resolution skills, and practical solutions. The groups are 1 hour & 15 mins per week, and is only $30 for the workbook and $50 a week for group. Groups start up at varying times throughout the year, so please reach out for details concerning dates. Next groups starting August 16, 2025.

Many black men carry expectations from family, work, culture, and society this group centers on one truth, identity begins in Christ before anything else. It will focus on answering these questions: who does God say I am • what shaped the way I see myself today • the relationship between faith and manhood • how to be a better man, husband, father, companion & friend. how to anchor purpose in who I was created to be rather than in performance. Becoming my best spiritually, mentally, emotionally & intellectually, bringing healing to my soul.
