Anger Management Group

Anger Management is a 6 week course that meet 6 pm -7 pm Thursday evenings. The group meets on Doxy Me Tele health platform. The goal of the group is to educate clients on how to control their anger, learn communication skills, and apply learned conflict resolutions skills. Clients will learn to identify the physical symptoms of anger and strategies to deescalate. Clients will learn and received support from members in their group.
