Anger Management for Professionals
Focused on the use of mindfulness based training practice to aid in management of anger, distress, and high levels of stress faced by professionals. This group is psycho-educational, interactive and utilizes mindfulness based training tools as well as evidence based practices to help create balance and foster success. Anxiety is common in high functioning individuals and creates blocks that hinder relationships, creativity, and a positive sense of self. If interested call or e-mail 4ilifepractice@gmail.com. Registration for groups are open on Saturdays from 2-4. Max number of participants are 8-10 per group. Groups are usually on weeknights or Saturdays.
Anger Management for Mandated Clients
This group is for court involved or mandated clients who are recommended or mandated to attend Anger Management. This group is run in workshop format and is interactive, experiential, and covers curriculum mandated by the courts. First session must be an in person interview/intake session.
