Gaining insight of what matters most to you, building skills, and connecting patterns that create better understanding of yourself and others can increase success. Skill enhancement to include communication, bonding, relationship, anger, and stress management is provided. With all of my clients, I strive to identify interventions and methods that match their needs while empowering them to make change.
I am currently serving children, adolescents, and adults, in individual, family, and group therapy specializing in self-esteem and identity, sexuality, marital difficulties, special education support and advocacy to include behavior intervention plans and individualized education plans, step family dynamics, violence prevention, foster care, parenting and trauma issues.

Anger Management
Anger management groups are open to adults and children. The groups focus on understanding anger, ways to decrease anger and ways to manage anger. Men and women may find the groups helpful in decreasing domestic violence and abuse. Groups may also be open in Charlotte.
