Due to COVID, Anger Management is only being offered in an individual setting. In order to help clients meet court requirements, Anger Management can be scheduled in 4-hour segments. Goals: to gain personal insight into triggers, develop healthy coping skills, and learn how to more effectively manage stress and anger through a psychoeducational curriculum.
