Anger Management and Communication
The Anger Management and Communication Group will include a minimum of six people. Domestic abuse and divorce are significant problems and anger is often a part of this dynamic. Anger is a natural emotion, and how we understand, communicate and resolve anger can enhance or hurt a relationship. This group is also facilitated by an anger management coach. There are six to twelve meetings per session.

Women's Self Esteem
The Women's Group will include a minimum of six people. A variety of topics include individual and family needs. Each session will open with an agenda item that will open to group sharing and support. Topics for wellness include stress-reduction and addressing past traumas and symptoms. A safe and caring environment is foundational for helping women become more empowered and creative in their lives.

Couples Group
Commitment, honesty, empathy, ethics, friendship are all foundational for relationship satisfaction. Through examples and exercises our group, with a male and female facilitator, help couples identify feelings, impasses, problem-solve and build alliances.
