Anger Management: 3 weeks
Next Start Date: November 9, 2019 Saturday 11:00 am to 1 pm Anger Management is a 3 week commitment. It is a cognitive/Behavioral/Psycho-educational group focused on managing intense emotions and realizing more effective communication. The cost is $200 to be paid in advance.
