Men’s Addiction Aftercare Group
This is not a mutual aid or 12-step program. It is a clinician-facilitated, skills-based aftercare group designed to augment and strengthen your recovery path. The group supports men who are active in therapy, engaged in 12-step or mutual aid programs, or pursuing other recovery supports. Each week, participants practice: Experiencing emotions, thoughts, urges, and distress without compulsively returning to use Strengthening relapse-prevention skills and psychological flexibility Building resilience and recovery capital through practical strategies and peer connection This group is designed to collaborate with—not replace—your existing recovery supports.
