Anger and Conflict Management (Adult)
This is an educational group designed to help individuals manage and express anger in healthy ways. This group will deal with the physical, emotional, and mental effects of anger. In this class, individuals will identify triggers for anger, establish coping skills to assist with management, and conflict resolution tools. This group will run for one hour per week for a total of 8 weeks. This group will also be closed due to the short time period and nature of emotions being discussed.

This is an education and skills based group designed to help individuals manage every day life concerns and issues. This includes healthy communication, building healthy relationships, establishing boundaries, and self-care techniques. This class will run for approx. one hour per week. Individuals will be allowed to join the group as the course runs along. Topics may revolve in nature.
