An Unexpected Journey: A Group for NICU Parents

Processing and coping with the trauma of having a child in the NICU is incredibly challenging. It’s a journey full of unique and often unexpected experiences that can leave parents feeling isolated and overwhelmed. This group will offer support to parents whose children required past and present NICU care. We will cover topics related to birth trauma, our time in the NICU, parenting after discharge, processing grief, and exploring the challenges and joys we’ve experienced. This virtual 8-week group starts in the fall of 2024.
