A Taste of Group Psychotherapy
Feeling anxious about your therapist's impending summer vacation? Maybe you've heard that relationship concerns, social anxiety and other issues may be more effectively dealt with in group? Beginning in June and continuing throughout the summer, I will offer a sampler of four-to-six-week A Taste of Group Psychotherapy sections. In a safe environment, facilitated by a group psychotherapy specialist, you may find that the virtual reality of group is just what you need to help you get unstuck and ready to soar.
