All Stages of Recovery Education and Support Group

The All Stages of Recovery Education and Support Group will be held every Friday evening via telehealth. The group is welcome to any individual who is struggling with getting into recovery or wants assistance in their recovery journey and who are 18+. Individuals who attend do not have to be deep into the recovery process. They can have 1 week or multiple years of sobriety. There will be education provided, relapse prevention, and it will be a safe, confidential space for emotional support, practical coping strategies, and shared accountability during the recovery journey.
