A weekly, ongoing all gender interpersonal process group that facilitates authentic connection and encourages clients to show up as their full selves (aka: be able express and explore all thoughts and feelings, not just those that are societally accepted). This process group offers both a supportive and challenging environment for members to better understand their relationship & communication patterns. Great for folks well versed in individual therapy that are looking for deeper work. Open to all genders.
