Aftercare- completed IOP/or experienced in DBT
Keep the DBT skills in the front of your mind! Once you complete the IOP, then you may attend the aftercare program for 1 hour a week. Cost is $25 cash per session. This group is for 1 year and will review the entire DBT manual. You will learn NEW skills that could not be covered in the IOP due to time constraints of 24 sessions. Please discuss with Bob or therapist upon completion of program. If you are not an IOP client than, an interview is required by therapist to ensure you understand the DBT skills.

Morning DBT Group
The Morning group is for people who are tapering off their medications. Our motto is "Skills before Pills". Groups are 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 24-30 sessions (7.5-8 weeks)

Evening Adult DBT Group & Young Adult
This is a "Clean" group, all members can only be taking psychotropic medications. Evening group is Monday, Wednesday from 5-8pm and Saturday is from 9:00am-12:00pm Group is 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 7.5-8 weeks. The Young Adult group is Tuesday, Thurs and Sunday night from 5-8PM
