After the Shift: Frontline Support Circle is a supportive group for all first responders, including medical, fire, law enforcement, corrections, and emergency personnel. This group provides a safe, confidential space to decompress, process experiences, and connect with others who understand the demands of the job. Focus areas include stress management, emotional regulation, communication, burnout prevention, and maintaining healthy relationships. Participants will gain practical tools to support mental wellness while navigating the unique challenges of frontline work. The goal is to strengthen resilience, promote balance, and provide ongoing support both on and off duty.
