Learn from peers and professionals how to manage life, love, and work while living with ADHD. Whether you're just recently been diagnosed or have had a diagnosis since you were young, it is really difficult to find good information from people who have lived experience through the various stages and challenges of adulthood. Although we focus on peer support, there will be education about ADHD provided by a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Fidgets, doodling, etc. to aid with focus are welcome and will be provided! Young Adult Women in Recovery
This group is for young adult (18-30) women in the area who are in active recovery for their use of any substance (alcohol, caffeine, cannabis, nicotine, heroin, prescriptions, etc.). A formal diagnosis is not necessary to join this group, but being in active recovery is a must. Once the group gets started, it will be an open group, so you can attend when it works best for you.
