BEGINNING 3/3/26 - Are you an adult with ADHD looking for practical skills to manage your life more effectively? If so, this 10-session group was made for you. Created by an adult with ADHD for adults with ADHD, this group promotes a dynamic, collaborative, neurodivergent-friendly space to learn and grow. Together, we will develop a foundational understanding of ADHD and its' impact on executive functioning, destigmatize symptoms, and integrate practical skills to improve day-to-day functioning.
