Adults
These different weekly supportive and relational groups are offered for those who feel isolated, depressed, anxious, reactive, or unfocused. Groups create healthier relationships, build coping skills, recognize individual strengths and needs, and teach productive communication strategies. All groups are reimbursed by most NJ commercial plans. Each group meets at different times (Sat. mornings, Wed. evenings, Wed. mornings, or Wed. afternoons). Group membership is carefully selected after an initial individual intake and based upon an individual's age and treatment needs.

This supportive and relational group is offered for teens who feel depressed, anxious, reactive, isolated, or unfocused. Groups create healthier relationships, build coping skills, recognize individual strengths and needs, and teach productive communication strategies. All groups are reimbursed by most NJ commercial plans. This group meets on Saturdays at 10am, throughout the school year and summer. INN with most NJ plans.
