This group is for teens and young adults with a focus on daily living skills. During the 8 week group we will work on how to sign up for utilities, signing a lease, balancing bank accounts, developing a resume and more. We have heard from lots of teens that they feel underprepared to go into the world when they become an adult, so this is a way to help bridge that gap.

This group is for parents and caregivers of children who have experienced sexual abuse. The group is part education and part support, to help foster healing and processing. It is 12 weekly sessions that focus on topics like grooming, behaviors, support, and self care.
