Adult Therapy Group
Currently recruiting for an adult therapy group that will start in late October and meet weekly for a total of 10-12 sessions. We will focus on stress management, coping skills, emotional processing and regulation, improving communication, in addition to, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy strategies.
