Living with memories of childhood sexual abuse is isolating. You may feel like nobody is able to handle hearing about it. It's important to be part of a community who understands, never judges, and has experienced the same things. If this is how you feel, this virtual group is essential for you. We use a trauma informed lens to foster feelings of safety, and cohesiveness within the group.

Traumatic Loss Grief Group
Have you recently lost someone close to you very suddenly or under traumatic circumstances? Do you feel disoriented, confused, unable to function, or have flashbacks of the loss? Maybe you feel like you're coming in and out of denial, or that you're going back and forth between the stages of grief. You may benefit from the supportive environment of a group.
