Adult OCD Group (virtual)

Led by a licensed clinician, this OCD group is an advanced group for adults who are in an active or maintenance phase of treatment. The OCD group adheres to evidence-based tenets of ERP treatment for OCD. Group members continue progressing in their individual treatment through on-going psychoeducation, exposure planning, exposure accountability as well as group collaboration and peer support. This group is appropriate for individuals who are knowledgeable about their OCD diagnosis and experienced with integrating ERP treatment into their daily lives.
