Adult Mental Health Support Groups

Our adult Intensive Outpatient Program in Boise provides a range of supportive, therapist-led groups to help you manage mental health challenges and build lasting skills. The program features a rotating 12-week DBT curriculum, along with process groups, biweekly music therapy, art therapy, and client choice sessions. Clients participate in 9 hours of group therapy each week, complemented by individual therapy, medication management, and case management. You can join at any point and receive the full experience in a compassionate, structured setting.

One of the most meaningful parts of our Intensive Outpatient Program is the closed process group, a space where real connection and healing happen. Guided by compassionate, skilled therapists, clients are invited to share openly, reflect deeply, and support one another in a safe and caring environment. In addition to process groups, the program includes 9 hours of group therapy each week, individual therapy, medication management, and case management. CBT and DBT Skills Groups for Adults
Our Intensive Outpatient Program includes a 12-week DBT and CBT skills group that runs continuously, so you can join anytime. You'll learn practical tools for mindfulness, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. The program also includes process groups, art therapy, music therapy, and client choice groups. We offer 9 hours of group therapy each week, plus individual therapy, medication management, and case management. We accept most major insurances and offer a discounted self-pay rate.
