You're Not Alone
A therapy group for adults wanting to work on managing their mental health and improving their ability to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, etc. We understand that having mental illness can be a lonely and difficult experience. Please join us for a 6 week opportunity in skill building, community building, and improving mental health while coming to an understanding that you're not alone. Cost is $15.00 per session. We are hoping to start this group on Wednesday October 1, 2025.
