Adult Mental Health IOP

IOP provides group therapy in a safe, supportive, and validating environment. With treatment, patients develop core skills to cope with life's challenges and effectively manage mental health problems. This program is designed for patients with the following diagnoses: * Anxiety * Depression * Eating Disorders * Bipolar Disorders * Self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, or attempts Our IOPs are designed to help you master the skills needed to overcome life's challenges. The program consists of 24 sessions over 8 weeks with rolling entry at any time. Group meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We offer two times to fit all schedules
