Adult Interpersonal Process Group - Online

This group helps those who want to improve their ability to engage in meaningful and close relationships. Many things can get in the way of you having the relationships you want: fear, anxiety, depression, loss, various painful experiences. Group members will be helped to interact with one another in ways that allow them learn more about themselves, how their relationship histories are impacting their current relationships, and how they can help one another to have more effective and enjoyable relationships. Members must commit to attend on a weekly basis. Sessions are held online.
