Utah Family Therapy runs an intensive outpatient program for adults in American Fork, UT. Helping individuals trying to manage their struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, porn and OCD. We accept insurance. We also offer online access to our Intensive Outpatient Program when we can't meet in person.

Men's weekly group focuses on your inner strengths. Group sessions help you discover and explore the amazing healing power your brain already has locked inside. Have you ever tried healing from your pornography issue by focusing on the "problem"? It doesn't work long-term. Our Pornography Addiction Group teaches understanding, strategies, and a core system that helps change the cycles in your brain. Shame and fear keep pornography compulsions in a stuck cycle. The group is a shame and judgment-free environment where healing occurs. We'll help you get unstuck by focusing on what's doing well.

Teen Intensive Outpatient Program
Because of the Covidvirus (Covid 19) we have a hybrid model of the group to help you heal from the safety and comfort of your home if needed. Our intensive outpatient therapy focuses on teaching you how to manage anxiety, trauma, depression so that you can live a healthy productive life. With learning how to connect, and manage anxiety, you can function in school and public. We believe at the core of the challenges you're facing is some sort of trauma and that's why we use trauma-informed treatment in our treatment.
