Coping Skills for Teens Group
I offer a Teen Group for ages 13-18 in Orland Park at our brand new Orland Park Group Room at 10660 W 143rd Street,. The ongoing group is currently Wednesdays 6PM to 7PM. Other Evening Times are opening for Tuesday and Thursday very soon. In this group the teens will interact and work together to better understand ways to handle social situations best. We will build better engagement and they will learn to better moments of relationships, school, work, and life tasks. They will develop ways to internally motivate themselves and become more mindful in present moments.
