Weekly Adult Dialectical Behavior Skills Training Group of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. DBT can help in decreasing anxiety, depression, intense emotions, reactivity, addictive traits, mood swings, impulse control, self-harm, negative thought processes and more.
