Adult DBT Skills Group (via telehealth)

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group is a comprehensive cognitive-behavioral treatment for young adults who have difficulties with impulse control, mood disturbances, anxiety, depression, self-destructive behaviors, eating disorders, addictive behaviors, interpersonal skills and chronic suicidal ideation. The following 5 modules will be taught: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Walking the Middle Path.

Eating Disorder Support Group (telehealth)
The Eating Disorder Support group is a supportive place for adults (18+) who have disordered eating or is diagnosed with an eating disorder, such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating disorder. The group uses Carolyn Costin's 8 Keys to Recovery from an Eating Disorder workbook.
