Adult DBT Skills Group

This is a weekly adult DBT skills group. DBT skills group is one mode of treatment for full model DBT and is run similar to a class. Skills covered include mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Group runs in 8-week modules and it takes six months to complete one full cycle of skills training. Group fee is $125. We do not accept insurance. This group is an online DBT skills group.
