Adult DBT Skills Group (In person)
This group places a focus on increasing skillful behavior and decreasing maladaptive behavior. Skills are learned and practiced in four different modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. If you or a loved one are struggling with navigating your emotions and/or destructive behaviors (eating disorder behaviors, substance use issues, intensity in relationships, etc.) this group will provide invaluable tools. The entire series is 28 weeks in length.
