Adult DBT Skills Group

This DBT skills group is for adults who experience intense emotions, anxiety, mood swings, impulsive behaviors, or difficulty managing stress and relationships. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides practical, evidence-based tools to help regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and communicate more effectively. Participants learn skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness in a structured, supportive group setting. The focus is on building skills, not assigning blame. Group participation is intended to complement individual therapy, which is required. This group is appropriate for adults seeking concrete tools. It is offered Stand-Alone or part of a Comprehensive DBT Program.

This hybrid multi-family DBT skills group is designed for adolescents who experience intense emotions, mood swings, anxiety, impulsivity, or frequent conflict at home or school. DBT provides practical, evidence-based skills to help teens manage emotions, reduce harmful behaviors, and improve communication. Teens attend with a caregiver and learn the same skills together, creating a shared language that supports skill use at home.
