Youth Skill Builders Group
Our group meets every other Saturday from 1-3pm in person at our Columbia, KY location. Insurance is accepted. These engaging, age-specific psychoeducation groups help youth build emotional awareness, self-regulation, communication skills, and healthy coping strategies. Sessions are interactive and curriculum-based, blending learning with fun. An intake session is required before starting the group.
