Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, skills-based group approach designed to help individuals manage emotions, build healthier relationships, and improve overall mental well-being. Participants learn and apply practical tools across four modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, & Interpersonal Effectiveness. The ultimate aim of DBT group therapy is to help participants create a life worth living by: 1. Reducing problematic behaviors 2. Enhancing emotional stability 3. Building meaningful connections 4.
