Adult DBT Group
We are offering several Dialectical Behavior Therapy groups that run on Tuesday day and/or Wednesday and Thursday evening hours at both our Weston and Miami Beach offices. We also offer teen DBT groups in our Weston office. The DBT group is limited to 8 members and is led only by Foundationally or Intensively trained DBT psychologists. Clients enrolled in our DBT group, must also be participating in their own individual DBT therapy concurrently. New members are accepted monthly at transition points in the group module.

Tween and Adolescent DBT Groups
Tween groups are offered for children ages 11 to 13 in our Miami office with an emphasis on anxiety management, mindfulness, and improving interpersonal relationships. Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy Groups for teens 13-17 are offered on Thursday evenings in our Weston office, and on Monday evenings in our Miami Beach office. Adolescents (14-17) should be enrolled in concurrent individual therapy while participating in DBT group as part of our adherent DBT program.

Miami and Weston DBT Parent Skills Groups
Dr. Rothenberg currently leads both a day and evening Weston Parent DBT skills training group. Groups are limited to 12 members and are 12 to 14 sessions. The eveningParent DBT group is held every other Friday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Dr. Quintana leads a Parent DBT group on Thursday evenings in the Miami Beach office. New groups are constantly forming based on need. Call our office number to learn more about our groups.
