THIS GROUP MEETS VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. This is a co-ed DBT group for adults working through anxiety, behavioral issues, and depression amongst other issues utilizing DBT skills. We will cover 4 modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation.
