adult DBT class
Our DBT classes are a component of our Comprehensive DBT program that includes weekly individual sessions with a DBT therapist and between-session phone coaching. The classes teach skills to manage moods, tolerate discomfort, and have more effective and fulfilling relationships. Learning Mindfulness and making this a daily practice is a fundamental component of the program. Parents of teens in our programs are taught DBT skills to reinforce at home. You can access our video sessions from anywhere in IL or WI.
