Show up as your authentic self and be accepted and validated. Build self-compassion and work towards greater security through community. Topics to be discussed include: attachment styles, dating, relationships, sex, self-worth, anxiety, depression, friendship, loneliness, meaning-making, identity exploration, values, strengths, fears, people-pleasing, perfectionism, family history/dynamics, boundaries, needs, desires.
