Adult children of dysfunctional families

This is a process group where we engage through relational dynamics and triggers that have stemmed from growing up in a dysfunctional family environment. We explore boundary setting, process reactiveness and learn to make change through the experience of group dynamics and shared experiences. We often engage with internal family systems and use the children from dysfunctional families language to identify parts that impact interpersonal interactions and gain empowerment for the grounded Self. $110 per group.
