Adult children of dysfunctional families

This is a process group where we engage through relational dynamics and triggers that have stemmed from growing up in a dysfunctional family environment. We explore boundary setting, process reactiveness and learn to make change through the experience of group dynamics and shared experiences. $110 per group. Commitment is required.
