Adult Children of Divorce
6 week session. Ages 19-25. This group is focused on helping young adults process their parent's separation with peers in similar situations, whether it just happened or happened years ago. Participants will have space to process their feelings, learn to understand common emotions that arise, and how to navigate through their parent's separation and the changes that occur. Participants will also learn healthy self-care, coping skills, communication skills, and social skills. Limit is 6 participants. In-person in Westlake Village. Contact me today if you are interested.

Stepmom Support Group
A 6-week group for stepmothers to share their experiences of step- parenting and build a sense of community with other women in a similar dynamic. This group will provide participants a space to navigate the challenges of Stepmotherhood, learn new skills, and navigate the challenges of blended families with other Stepmoms. Kids of Divorce Support Group
This 6 week group is focused on supporting Children of Divorce through connection, identifying feelings, emotional expression, and emotional regulation. This group will allow participants to connect with their peers in similar situations and allow them to process their experiences and feel less alone in their journey through navigating their parents separation. This group will incorporate art therapy, talk therapy, self-regulation skills, and social skills. Starting on Wednesdays in Fall 2025. In-person. Maximum 6 participants.
