Adult Autism Virtual Support Group
Our group provides a supportive space for autistic adults to connect and share similar experiences. It's designed to foster understanding, and acceptance while exploring the unique challenges and strengths that come with being neurodivergent. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss topics such as relationships, communication, sensory experiences, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, navigating work and daily life, and building confidence. The group offers a judgment-free environment, to learn from one another, and develop strategies for managing everyday challenges.
