Adult Anxiety Group
Our Adult Anxiety Group blends support and proven strategies to help you face fears and build resilience. Led by a licensed therapist, sessions draw on CBT and ERP to reduce avoidance and increase confidence. Members practice skills, share experiences, and gain encouragement from peers who understand anxiety. Each week offers education, tools, and real-life practice so you can make meaningful progress. Adult OCD Group (virtual)
Led by a licensed clinician, this OCD group is an advanced group for adults who are in an active or maintenance phase of treatment. The OCD group adheres to evidence-based tenets of ERP treatment for OCD. Group members continue progressing in their individual treatment through on-going psychoeducation, exposure planning, exposure accountability as well as group collaboration and peer support. This group is appropriate for individuals who are knowledgeable about their OCD diagnosis and experienced with integrating ERP treatment into their daily lives.

Our Parenting Support Group helps caregivers of children with anxiety feel supported and equipped. Led by a licensed therapist, the group blends education, CBT-based strategies, and open discussion.
