Adult Anger Management Group (Monday Nights)
This weekly group is held virtually on Monday nights and is specifically geared toward teaching new anger management techniques and strategies that have been proven to be effective. This group is psychoeducational (an entire curriculum on anger management is taught) and psychotherapeutic (all group members have the opportunity to discuss their own real-life situations while gaining valuable insight into the role that they play).
