Each week we work on practical strategies built around how your brain actually works, from follow-through to focus to emotional regulation, while unpacking the stories we’ve told ourselves along the way. Each week we work through DBT skills in four areas: getting through hard moments (distress tolerance), understanding your emotions (emotion regulation), communicating clearly and holding boundaries (interpersonal effectiveness), and staying grounded (mindfulness).
